  : it was warm, cosy, comfortable. The location suited us well. Nice sized kitchen, with a good lay out.
  : Bunk room smelled a little musty. Drying up rack needs cleaning and disinfecting underneath (once through a dishwasher would probably do it.

  : The property is in a lovely quiet setting so if you want to get away then its ideal. The instructions were clear and helpful and the view is lovely through the window in the living room.
  : The entrance to swallows nest is at the rear so no seating with the spectacular view unfortunately as the benches are for the property which is rented out below. Upon arrival there were no immediate comforts. No tea, coffee, sugar, milk, two small rolls of toilet paper (about a third left) which we all felt was a bit lacking considering what wed paid and weve had much more warm welcomes at other properties. The fridge is also a bit old school and it froze all our food which was annoying. The beds are also really really hard so made for quite an uncomfortable few days so would suggest a little TLC overall.

  : If I had to moan, it would be the beds. I didn't think they were comfortable, but beds are subjective I guess
