  : I did not like anything related to this Hotel. It was below my expectations.
  : There was no sign that shows where is the car park dedicated to the facility. I traveled to the destination with my friends. As we are 6 people we booked 3 double room. The central heating system in both 3 rooms were not functional. It was too cold and blanket were not bold enough to get warm. Pillows were a bit yellow that seems like dirty. Besides that, sound isolation between rooms were weak. I could easily hear the voice of people talking in the next door. It was such a bad experience in total. In the middle of the winter, staff says there will be a maintenance on Monday(which is inconvenient in any terms) when the temperature shows -3 degree in outside.

  : Bed was super soft and it was moving the whole time. Was not comfortable sleeping at all.Breakfast staff the second morning was extremely rude to us, because our children were laughing too hard and wanted to sit on the sofa instead of on the tables. The woman that was on shift was extremely rude, even though we cleaned up all the mess that our kids made while eating croissants. We had to wait more than 15 min for a baby chair, for our 1 year old. And then the chair was extremely dirty.

  : Parking was free.
  : The heating system did not work. 1. It was below freezing and the did not tell us. We didn't find out until we called to complain. 2. Nothing was given to us. They could have given us extra blankets or hot drinks. 3. Next morning we saw some customers were given space heaters. 4. We asked for some sort of compensation and nothing was given. None of us could sleep and I was sick after freezing all night. DO NOT STAY HERE!
