  : The first room was disgusting, human and dog hair every where, (bed sheets, sink, counter, floor, toilet), obviously dirty sheets were being reused. The toilet was not cleaned, and the other sink had coffee grinds in it. Dust and dirty, just nasty, towels should be rags, grey looking. Got a different room, smelled super strong of cleaner, way too strong smelling, fridge made horrible noise had to unplug same gross towels. The coffee in the lobby looked like the pot hasn't been washed .. I'm not sure how this place has an 8 for a rating. Would not recommend

  : the location to where i needed to go
  : I did not appreciate how around 9:45am that someone tried to come into the room and scaring my 4-year-old daughter while I was in the shower. And then again someone tried coming in at 10:40am, if checkout time is at 11am, then why is housekeeping trying to come in sooner, this is very unacceptable and unprofessional, and this is the reason why more and likely I will not be going to this establishment again.
