: Our hostess was friendly and helpful. She made delicious breakfasts. Beverages were available around the clock. The property--complete with pool, pond and brook--was lovely. The room and bed were quite comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much!

: Hawk Mountain B&B is in a lovely location near the Hawk Mountain sanctuary. It's on a quiet country road with very little traffic. The yard is very nice with a brook running through it. The room was unpretentious but more than adequate. The bed was very firm. Unfortunately, the pillow was rock hard, but I understand that this is a matter of personal preference. The hostess was very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was generous.
: Unfortunately, the B&B's booking site, which quoted a more reasonable price, would not allow me to make a reservation even though I tried 3 different web browsers. The Booking.com price (which DOES NOT include added taxes) was $17 higher. The host was unwilling to refund the difference, saying only that she would give me a discount on the unlikely event that we might be passing her way again.
