  : We visit 5 star hotels every year but this time we hit the bottom, even though the price is in the top. In fact, I've never made a complaint or report before, but you deserve to know how unpleasant the experience has been.Booked a 4 days stay to relax on our road trip through Trkiye and was expecting something of Dosinia luxury Resort because of the high prices but that was not what we got. Our swim up suit room was full of flies for 2 days( coming from inside) , we pointed it out at least 8 times and waited for cleaning for a long time each time.We got a new room the second day, with a noisy broken garden door upstairs that makes a terrible noise when it is opened and closedOur other room to our sons was delayed at check in with 2 hours. The bar waiter was rude to our 17 year old son who wanted to order a soft drink and was told he had to go to the kids bar "ne bekliyorsun"What are you waiting forThe buffet is the same everyday whit no taste at all and often empty. Fare by the worst hotel food i have ever had. We see a waitress in a kids bar who stands and cries while serving customers. 3. Night we are woken up by drunk and shouting guests making trouble and using their fists. Animation is a huge disappointment, one disappointment after another. First day a singer who ruined all the songs with such bad English pronunciation it's embarrassing.Second day an okay light show.On the third day, one of the animation staff was supposed to pretend to be a DJ behind a mixing desk, but it was just a ready-made playlist that was put on and he played an act.honestly we are looking forward to leaving this hotel, what an expensive disappointment.... We demanded for 4 days to speak to the management but only managed to get them to speak 1 hour before check out. It became an excuse in the hope that we would visit them again. It will then be a NO.
