: The setting was beautiful, with a great view of the mountains from the 4th floor. The price of the room was more affordable than other options in the area, especially with breakfast included. The cost of dinner was also very reasonable.The hotel has an old fashioned feel, but we liked it - it has its own character and includes grandiose touches like leather sofas in the lobby and giant picture windows. The staff were professional and friendly. The dinner served was quite traditional and we enjoyed it, although we weren't offered a choice. I imagine they can cater for vegetarians, allergic people etc too, but we happily ate what we were given - as if we were guests in someone's home. There was a wide range of breakfast options. I particularly enjoyed the liptauer and mayo salad spread stuff, ham, yoghurt and pastries. I only stayed for one night, but imagine that the varied selection would be fun to explore over several days - as would the mountain trails.
: The only slightly sad thing was that the tennis courts are no longer available. I hope they bring them back, as we saw several abandoned tennis courts in Slovakia during our trip.

: All staff were really nice and helpful. The location of the hotel right under Lomnick tt,30min walk to Tatransk Lomnice. We were really happy with the breakfast, big choice and good quality food
: The hotel was very very old fashioned. Thin walls, could hear everything from the hallway and other rooms. There was no shower curtain or anything so had to sit down or have a bath. They advertise a restaurant and bar but have no beer on draught.
