: every room was very clean, comfortable and uniquely stylish.
: perhaps it could have been closer to the main city but we went with our bikes so managed to move around easily.

: A new building, where the owners live downstairs and they rent the 5 rooms upstairs. It was purpose-built for that. The rooms are comfortable and with a nice balcony that has two chairs and a table. Theres a shared kitchen area and a shared fridge. Theres air conditioning which was an important item for us.
: The kitchen needs to have forced ventilation a.k.a. a fan! Whenever someone cooks anything with a smell its all over the corridor and also the kitchen heats up. No, opening the window is not enough. Its surprising such a small but important item as a fan in the kitchen ceiling was omitted given the overall modern design. >> The other bigger issue was the air conditioning. Someone, I suspect in a spur of lets save 5 decided to cram the AC unit into a narrow space just above a wardrobe rendering it largely ineffective. I think the other rooms AC is on the other side of the wall so they saved on using less coper wires and only single water drain, probably, but they handicapped it in the process. Even on max fan setting the AC barely moves any air in the room. It does have a turbo mode but it shuts off after 30 minutes. We were in the south-west corner of the building and so there are two warm walls and a roof heating us up. Dont count on the AC to keep up even with the turbo (which you have to press to enable every 30 minutes) when its 28C or above and sunny.
