  : Property is perfectly located walking distance from the city centre. The check-in/check out process is well organised. The apartments are well appointed, nicely designed with aircon, free wi-fi and all you need for a comfortable stay.
  : There is no breakfast facility within the building. The café on the ground floor opens at 11 am, however there is a nice breakfast place 3 min from the hotel.

  : The room looks nice (just like in pictures), good water pressure, radiator in the bathroom (to dry your clothes on), strong AC, kettle, microwave. You can also iron your clothes in the room. The location is nice, the cafe downstairs is very tasty, a bit further the street you can find an okay coffee shop, otherwise there are no decent places to eat in the neighborhood.
  : I requested an early check-in which the property confirmed. When we arrived at 6 am tired after the road, it turned out that they FORGOT! and we could only check in at 3 pm. They did promise to prepare the room for us a bit earlier than usual, but not sooner than 1 pm. Nobody was at the property, so we couldn't even drop our bags off until 9 am. I was promised a call as soon as the room as cleaned. We returned at 1 pm (to wait at the cafe downstairs), the room was practically ready! but they didn't think of calling us beforehand, so if we hadn't come at 1 pm, we wouldn't have known that we can finally check in until the receptionist thought of calling us!!! Moreover, she didn't even take us to our room, the key was in the door. No apologies, no offer to smooth things out. The curtains are transparent, they don't protect you from the sunlight. I woke up at about 6 am every day because of the sunlight hitting the pillow. Unfortunately, there was no dish soap or at least a sponge to do the dishes with. Also, no salt/sugar, no complimentary tea, coffee, water...The room gets cleaned every two days (you can request it to be cleaned for additional 500 rub), but they don't start cleaning until 1 pm. As we were sightseeing in the morning, we returned to a dirty room, and were woken up but the maid's attempts to open the door.

  : Excellent location and well equipped room and kitchenette.Prompt attention to initial WiFi problem.
  : Never saw any staff, just instructions in advance and code to collect the key.Poor shower screen design meant lots of spillage on floor.Noisy early in evening from cafe downstairs but very quiet later.Very thin curtains let in lots of light very early.
