  : I was charged for a stay when we were turned away at the counter with our 3 kids at midnight and said they were fully booked even though we booked through booking.com. I have tried for months to get a refund and never did. We came to rockwall for funeral. They tried to say they assigned us a room but we had to look for a hotel at midnight with our kids when we had a funeral the next day.

Maintenance was called but still never reached temp that was set on the lowest it got was 75 which was very hot still, only received a credit of $50Had to carry all our bags downstairs since the only 2 carts were not available for a full house.Was not as clean as I would like it to be.

  : The front desk staff was amazing and so kind! Our stay was good, and the beds were so comfortable.
  : The only complaint that I have was the breakfast. They stop serving breakfast at 9:30am. We got down there at 9:20am, and they do not mess around once 9:30am hits. After getting my toddler and grandmother their breakfast, I then started making myself a plate. As I was making my plate, they were putting away everything around me even though I was clearly not done. All I received was cereal and some juice. When I tried making small talk with the kitchen staff, she was so rude and seemed annoyed that I was in her way.

  : We were on the 3rd floor and the family on the 4th floor were very busy, especially when we were trying to rest.
