Set on a hill close to Lagadakia village Agrikia Villa features stone-built villas sharing an outdoor pool with sun loungers and grass umbrellas. Each opens to a furnished balcony with views over the Ionian Sea and the well-tended garden. Fully air conditioned all small villas consist of a separate bedroom and fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The living room comes with a fireplace and flat-screen TV with cable channels.

Some villas also come with a hydromassage shower. Guests can pick and use vegetables from Agrikia Villa garden. A communal BBQ is available in the garden. Free Wi-Fi and wired internet are provided.

Zakynthos Town is 8 km away and the island’s airport at a distance of 12 km. the nearest beach is around a 20-minute drive away. Free parking is available on site.

: The villa itself and the view and facilities was amazing.
: The drive to the villa is scary with narrow one way dirt roads. You need a small car and to be a confident driver. Ensure you go to Lidl near airport prior to checking in for your grocery needs.

: Set in a beautiful location among old olive trees in a quiet remote zone half way on the mountains, offering a stunning view of half of the island, this is a really exclusive vacation home for those loving nature and tranquility. Yet, it is quite close to everything in Zakynthos. Well thought, designed and well maintained structure with everything you need and a stunning pool. Very kind and helpful hosts. Google maps will misled you, go until the end of the road.

: The shower heads where slightly damaged. Feel there should be a welcome booklet explaining the property and surroundings. There seemed to be a lot of hornets/wasps around the pool. The property would benefit from more kitchen utensils.

: The house-it was a veryyyy beautiful house with newly renovated and modern amenities. There are a total of 5 separate apartments. Ours was 2bedrooms ground floor with 2bathrooms with airconds in each room/living room. So nice! Fully equipped kitchen for us to cook our meals everyday. The tv they provided at living room is a smart tv so we can even watch youtube on there (when the wifi is working well )Location-the property is on top of the hill so it provides the best view of zakynthos and the ionian sea. Totally beautiful! The pool is amazing and the whole compound is a beauty we cant get enough of it!Host-we were welcomed by maria after texting/communication beforehand with nikos. Nikos speaks very good english and very responsive while maria tried her very best to explain things/recommend activities to us on our arrival even with basic english. Lovely lady! Everyday, the maid will come to clean the apartment and made the bed, she was very efficient even if on most days, we leave the house quite late in the afternoon (the house is soo comfy we dont mind staying in :)
: Location- it was on top of a hill with quite a challenging mountainous/slightly unpaved road for about 1.5km before you approach the villa. Might be scary at first but we got used to it after driving in santorini (santorinis road is even smaller you sometime has to close the side mirror to pass ). It was only about a less than 10mins drive though, so as long as you can handle that, trust me, the villa itself made up for that road . And oh i forgot, a car is a must for you to enjoy staying at this villa, in fact, i dont know how anyone can survive without a car in zakynthos since all attractions are a bit far away from the main town of zanteKitchen-like i said, fully equipped in terms of pots pans cutleries etc, just missing things such as salt, pepper, cooking oil and the likes, which we have no problem at all, we can just buy them in town whenever House-slightly thin wall we can even hear our neighbors next door talking but well, you cant have it all right . Small price to pay for all the other benefits agrikia villa has to offer imhoAll in all, we very much enjoy our stay at agrikia villa and has no doubt about recommending it to anyone (who already taking into account all the small things we mentioned above)
