  : The villa is beautiful and the outside seating/pool area is fabulous. The kids loved the pool table and table tennis as a lovely addition. The staff who cleaned the property were lovely and helpful. The view was very special.
  : The villa is pretty remote, however this is common in the area. Id have liked the details to set the alarm in the evening.

  : Everyday,something was wrong first the leaking roof,in one of bedrooms,later air condioner,one day electricity was gone,but i mean hotel staff was very helpfull and tried to sort the problems asap.

  : The location is a beautiful and the villa is stunning, the pictures don't do it justice. We had a couple of minor issues which were resolved very quickly via quick call to the hotel reception, staff were well spoken and had great English, promised something and followed it though with a call. There is great Wi-Fi throughout the building. There is a smart tv with Netflix, prime and firestick etc, kept the kids well happy. There was also a Bluetooth wireless speaker provided which was used through the villa. Kitchen is well kitted (cooker super slow)
  : Our flight was delayed by several hours and we ended up arriving after midnight, collected our hire cars and headed to the location of key pickup using google maps. The location was in the middle of nowhere. Do NOT follow the booking.com location for key pick up. CALL THE HOTEL ON ARRIVAL. After a few calls we ended up driving to the resort to collect keys as they needed copies of our passports. Could have given us key locker number to avoid delays. There are no big supermarkets close to the villa all small locals, which are priced a little higher as expected, nothing crazy though. The closest Lidl is near the airport which is around a 50-minute drive to the villa due to windy country roads. As we arrived at close to 3am there was literally nothing open on our route. The disappointing part was that upon arrival there was no welcome hamper with basics, or at the least some bottled water. Luckily, we had a couple of small bottles for the kids for the first night. Our main issue was the hot water was coming through dirty, one quick call and they sent an engineer who checked and promised a new filter in the morning. This was done and problem fixed. Reception gave us the keys to Yellow Stone villa to use for showers on the night which connects via back garden. Luckily for us it was vacant. The pool was a little on the cold side in the evenings and had we know that we could have paid for heated pool in advance we would have defo done this. There is no mention of heated pool anywhere before arrival or cost associated. We had the pleasure of experiencing an Island wide power cut, just remember if this happens to double check the fuse box behind the kitchen door, one flick and we was back up and running after the cut. DO NOT LET THE ABOVE PUT YOU OFF THE PLACE IS AMAZING JUST WANTED TO GIVE HONEST FEEDBACK. Oh, and you have to have your own car, taxis will not cut it. We had 2.

  : Beautiful scenery, facilities and amenities. Could also use the facilities of the Rodostamo group at check out so good for when you have time to kill before the flight.
  : Long drive from the airport - also when leaving the property make sure not to take a left turn as it take you down dirt roads that wont be good for the car!

  : It was spacious and the views from the house were beautiful. It was a 15 min walk down to the avlaki beach.
  : The beds were quite hard! Only other thing was the keys were quite a different location to pick up!
