  : We liked the location, the living area, the view, and the pool. Agni beach in the cove below (five minutes drive) was a treat!
  : The one bathroom was tiny and needs updating. The furniture throughout the villa could be modernised.

  : Superb location if you love this part of the North East coast. Situated overlooking Agni bay you can see the water taxis running to Taverna Agni. Quite private although the pool area is overlooked by the few passing pedestrians. Plenty of space in the villa and everything you need to enjoy a self catering stay. Nice to have some coffee and a variety of teas, honey, ketchup. Pool is perfect for cooling off.
  : Beds!! This is a large villa but only 2 of the bedrooms are ever available for use to travellers (which is understandable). Bedrooms are downstairs. The first bedroom (double) has a very nice feel to it, nice furnishings and soft cushion etc but the double bed is made for small people. Anyone 6 feet or taller would struggle to sleep here as the bed has metal rails at the foot of the bed. Did anyone ever book a room because a bed had footboard? The other room has 2 single beds in which are fine for children and teenagers but again if you are any kind of adult approaching 6 feet the wooden footboards make it difficult to sleep in. Again, did anyone ever book a room because a bed had footboard? Why would any property limit the guests like this? The sunbeds felt a little worn and tired.

  : Location, views incredible, great bedding, good Wi-Fi, good towels.
  : House somewhat run down. The house had not been cleaned properly. The kitchen surfaces, table cloths, and handles were sticky and had not been cleaned. Kettle, coffee filter machine not cleaned. Showers and some sinks had not been cleaned. Dirty cutlery. Floors had crumbs on and there were many cobwebs around the skirting boards. The pool area was dusty and dirty. The parasol was broken and a second had been removed. The sun loungers were torn. The pool bottom tiles were very slippery and there was no warning notice to that effect. Mould above water level. No pool attendant serviced in our time and the water level seemed too low and was not flowing over as an infinity pool should.
