  : Spacious, with great air conditioning. Each window had mosquito nets. Good terrace with a partial view of the bay. Regular cleaning and change of towels. Washing machine an added bonus. Great location, close to everything. Gina, the property manager was a nice person to deal with and organised taxis to and from the airport which was much appreciated.
  : Minor issues - Shower has to be held by hand. Shower curtain was hanging loose from wall so reduced the showering space. Waste bin under sink smelly. No code for safe and no coffee machine as far as we could see. Rusty clothes horse which needed replaced. The closing mechanism for the door to the terrace was in need of repair. These minor issues are easily remedied which would make this apartment get top marks. However, they were not enough to spoil the excellent time we had staying there.

  : Spacious and clean. Great little pool for cooling off in and bigger public pool/bar behind the property, short walk up the hill. No charge for using this pool - just have to buy their drinks and food to have around the pool and the food was surprisingly good. Kalami is such a beautiful village and well worth a stay. Very narrow road through the village but this keeps the buses, etc out, so it is very quiet and relaxing. The apartment was so close to everything, the beach, supermarket, bars and restaurants. Had some amazing food. Kayaks and paddle boards reasonably priced, as are the sun beds at Thomas' place where we ate on a few occasions (10 euros for 2 beds and an umbrella) and there were a dozen or so free beds on the beach. Had a great meal at the White House - pricey but worth the experience.
  : Small bathroom for such a spacious apartment and a separate or second toilet would be good for a family of 4. A toaster, cafetiere and measuring jug would be useful in the kitchen. Really difficult to get a taxi to Kalami from the airport - nobody wanted to do the journey but eventually found a driver. Slow and twisty narrow roads could be the reason? Could not get a taxi back and messaged the owner for help but no reply. The kind man (Eric I think) in the public bar asked his ex-pat friend to give us a lift - we left a day early and stayed in Corfu Town for 1 night, so he didn't have to drive us at 3am in the morning. Noisy family arrived and stayed above is - they got in the pool at 1.30 in the morning which was right outside one of our bedrooms, so we had little sleep until they left the pool and their kids woke us up every morning running around upstairs, so sound proofing not great between floors. A rule restricting pool access during the night should be displayed.

  : The location was fantastic with a sea view and only yards from the beach. The outside swimming pool was a bonus.Also there was netting at each window and the patio doors to keep the mosquitoes out which was great.
  : The kitchen could benefit from some more cooking utensils and equipment mainly pans.The swimming pool area was unfinished, which did not stop us using it but will be a lot better when fully finished.

  : The location and the view was very good
  : We didn't like how clean the apartment was. Also, the cleaning lady had no respect at all for the residents, since she was leaving the new toilet paper and clean towels, outside the door! And the hostess had no idea! We had to ask her to come and bring us new.
