WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs PLN 20 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Please inform Apartamenty Sun & Snow Karpacz Myśliwska in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of PLN 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
If your expected arrival time is after 17:00 or during the weekend and public holidays, please inform Sun & Snow at least 24 hours in advance at the phone number given in the reservation confirmation.

Please note that guests can collect keys at Myśliwska 5 C, 58-540, Karpacz.

In order to arrange a key collection, guests need to contact the office at the phone number given in the reservation confirmation.

Please note that wood for the fireplace is not provided.
