  : The accommodation is 10 rooms/apartments set around an attractive courtyard. Inside the accommodation is a bit dated with hard beds and basic fixtures, and probably due a refresh. Reasonable amount of room, but strange internal arrangement of rooms that wasted a lot of space. On the plus side the swimming pool is very nice and the whole place is located only a few minutes from the harbour and restaurants.
  : We arrived to find Stephanou Inn very quiet with no staff or guests in view. The reception was closed, and we had no way of getting into our booked accommodation. We tried contacting the owner via messaging and phoning the details on the booking, but no response. We also tried ringing the three emergency numbers listed at the reception, with no response. We contacted the booking company, who also failed to get hold of the owner, and offered to rebook us at a different accommodation if there was no response from the owner. By chance we got talking to the owner of different accommodation across the road, who helpfully tried all the numbers again. She then remembered the name of the one of the cleaners who work at Stephanou Inn, got in contact with them and eventually we had access to our accommodation. Very grateful for a little local knowledge. Very poor service considering we had prepaid a thousand pounds for nine nights. This was not a single incident, some days later we had a knock on the door on a wet dark evening and some other guests were also trying to get into their rooms. Luckily we could help them. We never received any apology from the owners.
