  : - There is a kettle in the room, but nothing else. No coffee, no complimentary bottle or water or any welcome gift (the little touches really do count!)- Breakfast is basic compared to other places. Would be good if they rotated a couple of options- The walls are thin and I found it a bit difficult to sleepOur first night was disappointing.We ordered dinner and the olive oil and vinegar both had many dead flies loating in them. (Multiple bottles.) We had poured these over our salad. No replacement salad and/or oils were offered and we were charged full price. Not even a complimentary dessert or Ouzo (which we hinted at) which is standard practice in Greece anyway. A big cockroach then ran passed our table and we thought it time for bed. It is a lovely space, but as we have both worked in hospitality, the customer service put us off. (The lady is friendly though!)
