  : The location is very good -walking distance to the railway station to reach Messe Frankfurt - Breakfast was ok - nothing special - a normal buffet style- a bit boring was the question what type of eggs we wanted - only 2 choices - no bacon was offered with the eggs - or a little sausages for example - also 1 type of juice - orange juice - I personally prefer apple juice - but it was not there- coffee was good and even on the room in the morning you could make your own cup of coffee which was perfect to wake up.
  : Mentioned in the comments - limited choice of juice - only orange juice limited choice of type of eggs -only scrambled or sunny side up- no ham and eggs or something like that Personally I also do not understand why they bake these chemicals bread rolls when there is a perfect bakery a few 100 meters down the road - fresh bread rolls from there would add a little detail to the stay .

  : Breakfast was very good. Plenty of food, great coffee, service was excellent.
  : We arrived during a heat wave. Our room didn't have airconditioning. Fans were not offered. Found out a few days later that the rooms upstairs did have AC. Would have been nice to have the option of moving when a room came available.

  : Clean and comfortable
  : We had two rooms. Top floor has air-conditioning and was wonderful but the one on the second floor did not and it was way too hot to sleep.I can understand that in this part of Europe air-conditioning or a fan use to be optional but with summers becoming hotter, an air-conditioning becomes a necessity for a convenient stay.

  : The trust at the self service bar to pay for what you drank. The self check in. (but only if you dont run into any trouble ;))
  : what happend in case you left your card in room and lock yourself out (possible at any time) There werent (at least I didnt see them ) any instruction in case the customer left the "Happy path" (Check in here, see there) but nothing: "in case Problem X happens, do that"
