  : The spa wasn't good compared to aqua dome. The jacuzzi was cold, the pool with the bar closed early and 2 of the pools weren't working.

  : Amazing spa and pool facilities only for hotel guests on top of a enormous spa for external guests and hotel guests.

  : Kaprun is nice location in general, we were close to many attractions and we had nice time outside the hotel, alos the views are nice and infinity pool is nice in the hotel. WE stayed in nature plus type of room and I think that part of the hotel is newly built so everything is new in room and corridors
  : 1. we agreed on the phone with the reservation department what kind of room we need, they gave same category but different shape of the room, saying no others are available, they put the top on the bed for the child just in the middles like in picture and they did not put a toper on our bed so we got 2 separate bed together instead of double bed, they did everything after we complained even were ready to change the room, why not to do it ok from the very beginning not to destroy our mood2. first day we went to spa there was no staff there at least for 1h we were there, we had to call explained to 5 persons that we need staff in the spa area and the door to water slide is closed, then they came very unsatisfied we called and open it, very strange3. at the reception they ask you if you need slippers or not and they give it to you if you need like they put in your hands feels little not 4 star hotel honestly, if the slippers are available put in the room, also in the room no hair conditioner and shampoo is very dry so if you need take one from home4. first evening we were late to the dinner, dinner is until 9 and we came at 9 sharp and it was already closed and they were very rude, although it was a dinner we paid in advance for it and we just thought is until 11 similar as breakfast, anyhow, they offered no other options to eat and were very not nice, more than that the first waiter even did not say hello to us after that, very strange5. we called to speak with restaurant manager, first time in my life such an attitude from a manager, very rude and when i said lest find a solution, we are late with 5 min not an hour so maybe we can do something to have food for dinner, we did rest in many hotels in Austria including in the region and we always got a very nice attitude and the answer was: well this is a new experience for you6. outside there is also a very bad smell from the cow farm so not a place to get fresh air for sure

  : Rooms with mountain view are right on top of the restaurant. So if you catch nice weather you better bet u wont sleep till 12pm. Noise was so bad, like someone is satanding and chatting in your room even with windows closed. There is no climatization, ao if its hot you gonna puke from temperature inside your room.In 3 days hotel personal neglect our ordered dinner, so we have to wait till 7 30 pm! Even if tables were free!, we didnt have our own table for breakfast like others, every morning we were jumping from table to table even personel were focused by this and told us this is absurd!!. Food was medicore at best. Private wellness is small with just one pool. No chance to charge ebikes. BTW you dont have a shower, just bath with shower. We payed 1000 euros for 3 days and this hotel is freakin joke. BTW2 dont count with anything like cofee machine or tea on your room and even if you want to open your wine they will charge you for wine opener.
