  : When you look out of your balcony you have a stunning view. The shower is very good, the water comes out very strong
  : We did not have WIFI as the hotspot was broken!! The owner did not want to discuss this issue and just screamed we should stop talking about it! We arrived in the appartement it was very dirty full of spiders and spiderwebs with loads of dust, bedding was dirty! We could not enjoy the view and sit on the balcony as you need to put all your garbage there and sort it out in 5 different garbage's, they only take it away twice a week.... The vacuum cleaner was broken so we couldn't clean the apartment for 2 weeks!

  : We only appreciated 2 things:1. The location: the appartment is situated in Kappl, 10 kilometers away from Ischgl.2. The dimension of the appartments (2 and 8) was quite generous.
  : The most upsatting part, that convinced me to post this review, is that, 2 days after we left, he wrongfully ACCUSED US OF HAVING STOLEN HIS TOWELS!!!He sent me the mesaages that you can see attached and he also reported me to Booking, demanding to pay him 40 for towels that we didn't receive.You can imagine our surprise when hearing this, because the morning when we left, he thoroughly checked the appartments in order to make sure that everything was fine, that nothing was missing and that we had recycled our garbage correctly - at this point, he returned us the 200 WARRANTY, that you can read more about below... :(We didn't appreciate at all the attitude of the appartment owner, which made it really difficult for us to enjoy our VACATION and eventually left us with a bitter taste.First of all, the appartment owner speaks NO ENGLISH at all, only German, while on Booking he declared that he did speak English. This gave us a really hard time to understand each other when he asked us for 3 EXTRA FEES that weren't mentioned anywhere...He is a grumpy man, to say the least, having a suspicious way of behaving. He doesn't respect neither the client, nor his privacy (entering the appartment several times without knocking, while we were in the appartment).He gave us ONLY 1 KEY PER APPARTMENT: while in our 3 rooms appartment we were 3 couples, we had to leave the key on top of the door when leavin... as never seen before in any other trip or country.THE 3 EXTRA FEES:1. For the first time ever, we had to pay a 200 WARRANTY FEE the day we arrived, "just n case": he directly demanded a 200 WARRANTYper appartment, fee that wasn't displayed on Booking and that we have never heard of.We gave him the money for the warranty, but he didn't want to give us a receipt or any document proving this.2.

  : Good size apartment comfortable beds excellent kitchen with plenty of plates pots pans and a dishwasher etc close to the piste and ski bus stop. Plenty of room for 6 people.
  : Struggled a little to make ourselves understand as we couldn't speak any German and they didn't speak much English but muddled through. Only negative comment on the apartment was that there were no tea towels so if not using the dishwasher you couldn't dry up.

  : Nice, spacious appartment with a bathroom for every bedroom. Good schiraum to store our ski's. Nice owner.
  : It was exactly as expected. No problems.

  : The apartment was within walking distance of a red piste down to the gondola station. The showers had good water pressure.
  : The property listing says the owner speaks English, however he either doesnt want to or cant. This is fine, but he doesnt make any real effort to communicate and you just get sprayed with fast German. He seems to get annoyed if you enquire about the Sauna, which never actually seems to be open/turned on. The same can be said about the boot dryers in the ski room. The biggest problem we found though is that the owner would regularly knock once on your door and then immediately come in to your apartment before you had a chance to respond. This made it hard to relax on our stay.
