  : The location was generally good as it is fairly central on the island and gives good access to both north and south activities. The beds were comfortable and everything appeared clean. There were plenty of spare linens and on site laundry available for not a bad price. Kitchen was fairly well equipped with dishes, cook ware, utensils, etc. It was walkable to the beach and to nearby restaurants and shops which was handy.
  : The condo started falling apart soon after arrival. It smelled quite strongly of bleach when we arrived so at least we know it was cleaned. The toilet paper holder and the towel bar in the bathroom both fell off the first day. As this condo was rented through Vacasa versus the onsite folks, there was no one to do the fixing. We bought a screwdriver to do the repairs. After that a kitchen cupboard door came off its hinge and we managed a very temporary repair on it. The clock battery in the kitchen was dead. We did notify Vacasa regarding this via email and got an apology response but nothing of followup from the owner of the unit. The location was quite noisy due to nearby traffic that we did not realize would be there. We would not stay there again - even if we had a different unit owned/managed by Plantation Hale versus Vacasa due to location mainly. For the price an ocean view would have been better and certainly much less traffic noise.

  : One TV didn't work couldnt get help. Had a hard time getting keys because the company we rented from failed to tell the front deck we were coming. Could use dish clothes to do dishes in kitchen.

  : Sleeping arrangements best for 2-3 people, not 4. No cross ventilation in the unit.

  : The sofa bed and lounge chair were filthy and there was a board under the cushions to keep the surface from sagging! GET A NEW SOFA BED. IT IS SO DATED!!! Old!Not enough comfortable chairs to sit on. Get a decent mattress!!! Not a mattress topper for the dead mattress:(The cleaners werent done with setting up the towels in our room. Nothing was on the towel racks. They gave the basket of laundry to my daughter! NO CLASS!!We had to pay $162.50 to have a clean room ready for us...we had to wait till 4pm, not 3 pm, so we had less time to relax in our room on DAY 1. One of the reasons we rented your room was because you advertised 2 queen beds. We had two FULL beds.
