  : Easy flow. Well furnished.
  : The carpet was full of sand in the guest room. The stove top knows we're well worn out.

  : Washer dryer. Air conditioner. Spaciousness.
  : Noise from street really really bad. Couldnt find my unit when I arrived and person I contacted had no idea what the property looked like. She was not helpful at all. No one locally to assist with problems is a great risk. I was never told where to park. I parked in an empty spot and was left a warning of being towed. After several more phone calls I finally was told that I needed to park on the street. Then hours later I got a text stating a parking spot #45!!! Even the security guard couldnt find this space. Next morning I found it hidden in the huge overgrown foliage. I slipped my rental car into that spot and next morning my rental car was sitting in about 4-5 inches of water. I had a 3 year old with me and had to wade into the lake puddle to get into drivers seat. Feet and shoes soaked!! And I never had cable the entire 9 day stay. Only WiFi!! Turning into and out of the property was a dangerous experience each day due to traffic and curve of road. Most tenants were single males with surf boards in trucks. Not exactly a family spot. And I came to Kapaa from Poipu trying to safe a bit of money. Ends up I paid more due to hidden fees in the end. And the place I left was peaceful and quiet and beautiful. Live and learn. Oh, lastly, the landscaping men came in wee hours Monday morning with obnoxious blowers and chain saws!! Really obnoxious to awake to outside your bedroom window on the second floor!! Start later in morning. So much for relaxation.
