: lobby, elevators and common areas are a lot dirtier than they were when I stayed a few years ago

: bed was very comfortable. temperature was chilly for me. But there was a heater in closet.
: cleanliness. The only way to engage the lock on door once inside, had to lift door handle to properly lock. Not very safe if you had no idea it wasn't locked. Thank goodness my son figured it out!

: The space was large and comfortable with all the basis amenities available. There was a coffee shop right next door which was convenient.
: When I arrived the room had not been cleaned. The bed was not made, there were no clean linens, and all the towels were in a dirty laundry basket. All the surfaces were dirty, no trash bags in trash cans and dishes were in the dishwasher. When I called I was told there was nothing they could do for me at that moment but would send someone out to do a deep clean the next day; I slept on the couch with a dirty comforter and dirty pillow cases I found in closest. The next day one person came out and did a fresh up: made the bed, stocked the towels, trash bags, unloaded dishwasher and wiped down counters. She did not sweep or mop or clean the bathroom. I checked in on the 3rd and today is the 9th. The property management company, Zen City, has given me the run around telling me management is reviewing and compensation will be awarded after they come to a decision. I would not recommend staying here or any other property offer through this company. The would not move me to another room, location or provide a refund so I could find other lodging which left me staying in a room that has not been property cleaned or sanitized and continue to give me the run around. Still no resolution has been reached for my 5 night stay.

: Once we were able to get in the building it was very clean.. All in all after all the kinks got worked out, we were satisfied.
: There's only one elevator, for the entire facility. The code did not work that we received by email to enter into the building, and we found that extremely frustrating. The closest parking was on street about a half block away.
