  : The location was perfect for us. Kodachrome park is around the bend and Bryce a few minutes up the road. The view each morning was beautiful and we felt like we had the mountain to ourselves.
  : We did anticipate larger kitchen amenities. The fridge is small and it was hard to prepare even basic breakfasts or store any leftovers. We also noticed and cleared out several bugs each evening, although we recognize this happens in cabins and remote areas, it was still notable.

  : Single property very remote with beautiful scenery, unique individual one bedroom house in clean new condition.
  : Very difficult to find not having a sign, miles from main road and no property service or phone working to management/owner. Envelope on door with key. No utensils

  : Lovely roomy accommodation. Well positioned for Bryce and Kodachrome parks, and Willis Creek. Loved the views and the skies.
  : Lack of crockery and cutlery on arrival, but this was provided when requested. Would have been good to also have washing up liquid and a cloth to wipe down, and dry up.Also, bottom sheet was too small to tuck in all the way round!Minor issues though, and the person we dealt with was very helpful.

  : The location is incredible. The view out the front is spectacular and the location though remote is close to anything we needed. Booking here was the best mistake I have ever made. The listing said 7 miles from town, which I thought was Bryson City, but it turns out it was the town of Tropic, and was 25 minutes from Bryce NP. This turned out to be really great because Bryce was way to crowded for our tastes. We felt a million miles from anyone, but were only 10 minutes from restaurants, gas, etc. And as it turned out, we were really closer to two other attractions, Kodachrome State Park, and Willis Creek Slot Canyon, both of which we could go to without even going into a town. The "cabins" are brand new and beautifully furnished and the host was GREAT. We are figuring out how to plan another stay here.
  : There were some finish details which need to be addressed to make this an across the board 10.

  : The location and views were spectacular!
  : The walls had holes and black scuff marks on them that hadnt been repaired or cleaned. The bedding also had yellow stains on it. There was also blood or a squished bug (not sure what it was) that had been smeared on one of the walls and left there. In the bathroom, the toilet paper roll holder wasnt attached to the wall, but was under the sink and the holes in the wall from that were likewise not repaired. There were a lot of spider webs, the baseboards were pretty dirty, and we had a lot of black beetles that liked congregating in the bathroom. We even found a scorpion under one of the pillows. Both mattresses were awful. Each had huge dips in them and were uncomfortable to sleep on. They definitely need to be replaced.

  : Remote location yet just off the highway 12 . It was clean and new.
  : It says it has a kitchenette but apart from a small microwave and coffee machine it should supply basic items such as plates and cutlery. Also the telephone to contact them is out of service and didnt get a reply to my message.

  : The room was big with a big king bed. There were plenty of towels and a bag of microwave popcorn for us to enjoy.
  : The place was not very clean. The slats from the bed were all off the rails so we had to fix it so the mattress didn't fall to the ground. The TV was very slow--took a very long time to go through the guide to find something to watch. There was no staff to check us in. They key was taped to the door. There was no sign to let us know where the property was. We had to go next door to Bryce Camp and Glamp to see if we were at the right place. I think this place is very poorly managed.

  : Privacy and location, location, location. It was more spacious than a hotel room and detached from others so it was nice.
  : My only complaint is the the a/c was a little loud and did not work great. The room stayed cool enough for the most part
