  : The location was very nice with gorgeous views over the harbour. The food in the restaurant was a bit variable in quality. Breakfast closed at 10am on a Saturday and we missed it because we went on a hike and the staff were very sweet to offer us some breakfast event though the restaurant was closed. Beds were comfy.
  : We had a tiny room at the back with views of the bins. I guess we booked last minute and that was all that was left but then the price should have reflected it.

  : The location and view is wonderful, and the restaurant is very good. The room was also very comfortable.
  : The description of the rooms and property are misleading here on booking.com. It is or was written that there is a tv in every room, which isnt the case. It is written that all guests have access to a spa and sauna, which is true but it is not complementary, you have to pay for access of both. The spa is independent of the hotel, but is well driven and the owner is very friendly, I highly recommend it if you are there. But it should be written differently in the description of the hotel.As for the sauna, we asked to book it and no one at any time informed us of the cost when we booked it with the hotel staff (we were only two) so we didnt think much of it as we thought it was complimentary. Only at the time of check out we got the bad and expensive surprise, which they made us pay even though no one at anytime informed us of the cost (they did made us pay half of the total cost only, in the end). So we left with a last bad experience, to an otherwise very nice stay at Knutholmen.

  : You can't turn the lights on the terrace off, which illuminate your room at night.
