  : The location was great. Very close to the center and also calm and very near the wood.
  : Here is my list: - it was not clean at all - the floor was not vacuumed, dishes were dirty, the bed for kids was all covered with some decoration from the New Year celebration a week before we arrived... when I asked my host to clean those, they acknowledge the need for it and gave us the vacuum cleaner to do it ourselves - the sofa in the living room (my kids slept there) is with a whole and very uncomfortable - it was not warm - got instructions to ask other guests that stayed on the ground floor (we were on the first floor), which was not comfortable to start with, to adjust the thermostat, but the thermostat was locked and they were also feeling cold. Luckily, the host came the next day and the heating was much better. - the first night there was some electrical problem in the property that also caused not having the heating at all (minus 12 Celsius outside) - the property has very poor isolation and the dif between outer and inner temperature is causing constant condensation on the windows (water dropping on our skiing equipment dring on radiators beneath the windows) - bedroom wall had mold in two places - there were no towels as expected (only 4 small once for 4 ppl). After asking for the additional ones, we only got 3 days later also small for hands and not for the body - had to ask for a hairdryer - WiFi was the worst. Had to wait for minutes before opening any page... - TV had only a few local channels. Personally, we use EON, but it was not possible to watch it, though we contacted our provider's support center.
