  : We enjoyed the sauna, the pool, the accomodation.
  : The owner was a very "cold" man in a warm place On Christmas eve the lobby was closed and the unique Christmas tree was there. The coffe machine from the apartment was working Only with coffe caps that you could but only from hotel at 4star price. (We tried to find in 5 different shop but nothing at that type)

  : The design is very nice, spa facilities are quite diverse
  : 1. Staff attitude. Several members of the stuff were quite rude and ignorant to our questions. None of them speaks decent level of English which together with not caring approach made the communication almost impossible in many cases. As we decided to visit the place during the low season many of the facilities around were obviously closed. When we tried to ask the hotel staff about where we can find opened restaurants they reacted in inappropriate manner. 2. Staff providing misleading information. As the promised free transfer from the hotel to the station wasnt available (with no explanation) we decided to order a taxi. The staff did this for us and they told that we could pay by card. Eventually when we arrived to the station the driver asked for cash as she actually couldnt accept the card payments. 3. Check out. Cleaning staff entered our room several times before the checkout without knocking. When we asked whats the problem is they asked if we can leave in 2 minutes(it was 30 min before the official checkout). 4. Overall quality of service. The whole experience with the hotel wasnt at all up to our expectations.

  : I want to share my unfortunate experience at this hotel to warn others, especially those traveling with children. Throughout my stay, there were several incidents involving the hotel owner that left a very negative impression. Additionally, there were other concerns that affected the overall experience.Firstly, the lack of air conditioning in the rooms made the stay uncomfortable, especially considering the hot weather during my visit. This made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep, significantly impacting the quality of our stay.Furthermore, the breakfast offered was limited in its menu options. It would have been appreciated to have a wider variety of choices available to suit different dietary preferences and needs. This restriction limited our dining experience and left us wanting more from the hotel's offerings.Another issue was the availability of only one bathroom in the apartment serving multiple rooms. This proved to be quite inconvenient, especially during peak times when all guests were trying to use the facilities simultaneously.Moreover, I found that the balconies in the apartments were quite small. This limited the space available for relaxation and enjoying the views. It would have been beneficial to have more spacious balconies to enhance the overall experience of staying at the hotel.Lastly, the management's confrontational approach towards guests with children, as I previously mentioned, left me with a significant concern for the safety and well-being of families visiting this hotel.Based on these factors, I cannot recommend this hotel, particularly for families with children. Besides the issues with the hotel owner's behavior, the lack of air conditioning, limited breakfast choices, one bathroom for multiple rooms, and small balconies all detracted from the overall comfort and satisfaction of our stay.
