  : The owner offered us to get into the home earlier and he was fluent in English.
  : It was a lot smaller than it appeared on the pictures. It was also not clear that two bedrooms would be in the basement as well as one bathroom. that bathroom in the basement had a really bad smell. also the washing machine did not work. there was a frog down there too. the entrance door did not work in the sense of us not beeing allowed to lock the door otherwise we would not be able to get in again because of some door system problems that occured just a day before our arrival.

  : The house is located well. 5 min walking distance to the center and 3 min to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and nice too. The house has everything you need to feel like home and it was pristine when we arrived.Afytos is amazing as a whole too.
  : It's a renovated old house, so it has its drawbacks.There's no sound isolation inside, so you can hear others non-stop. You can also hear your neighbors if they are noisy. Don't expect to sleep late if you have early risers in your group. The basement floor has a smell, there is evidence of mould on the walls, and we encountered a roach too. Would not recommend sleeping in the basement.You can also expect a lot of ants on the balcony and they can get inside sometimes, but you have your own barbecue and front yard which is very nice.We still had an amazing time regardless if the drawbacks..
