  : A view is very good but that is not enough for pleasant stay. Also, all the best for the host but her brilliant effort can't cover what that old, overdated and poorly reconstructed house holds.
  : When you enter your, so called, "apartment" you are amazed with unskilled renovation- a mixture of pressure to have renovated space before the season starts, worst execution and untrained wish to put a "cherry" on a top- what you get- to have bathroom sink placed in the kitchen, old and noisy refrigerator (should be used silent one, adsorption model, as in hotels), noisy sleeping room and you can't sleep with open doors because there was not your privacy- on the terrace, your neighbor can pick up butter from your bread during breakfast. You know what- when you argue after really bad night and worse breakfast time they tell you "But you have a view on the bay" ... you know what- I'm writing this recension after 3 months and you see I'm still not chilled out. I paid that 1 night like a 5* Hyatt Regency in the business area in Belgrade, Serbia. Would you believe?

  : We stayed in the Penthouse apartment and had the whole top floor to ourselves. We were welcomed by our very hospitable host - Juila - who went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable and easy as possible. The rooms were great and the air conditioning was a saviour. The location was spectacular with a private and secluded natural beach a short walk away. We picked fresh figs from the hotel trees and were welcomed by beautiful sun rises from the comfy deckchairs and lounges on our private front verandah. Julia was very knowledgeable about Halkidiki and super helpful in recommending and booking the best and reasonably priced local restaurants. Better than Google!
  : The shower was very small but this did not detract from our enjoyable stay.

  : We were pleasantly welcomed to Aelia studios and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay.The location is remote,away from the hustle and bustle of the local towns but to us that was a hidden gem and totally added peace to our holiday stay at Aelia.You have it all as there is tranquility beautiful sea views,you can totally hear the waves on some windy mornings,a beautiful remote beach in walking distance that was an absolute pleasure to visit and at the same time it's not far drive from Athytos and Kalithea for when you want restaurants and more crowded and lively area.We are very active people and didn't mind walking around and down to the local beach,it is beautiful, obviously no facilities can be found there but the nature is stunning, it is rocky and you need to walk steep ,otherwise drive to a beach with sunbeds and umbrellas which can be found in close proximity.Aelia Seaview Studios, Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay.
