: The views are excellent , nice swimming pool, plenty of space and really quiet.
: Had to wash our own bedding and towels the whole fortnight and empty rubbish and hygiene bins

: Isolated, which is good for us, definitely needed a taxi back from town of an evening. Quiet area , no noise from town. Plenty of room in villa, good bathrooms, excellent view over two bays. Pool and area well maintained and clean.
: Location is at the top of the hillside, not recommended for invalids or older persons ( We are 70 and it was difficult ) Shortage of expected products in villa, not even a sachet of salt or pepper, no dishcloths or towel for kitchen, cutlery and implements not as we would have expected for such a good villa. Communication problem with owner, our fault I suppose ( No Turkish !!)

: Wonderful pool and outside space, air conditioning was much appreciated!
: The drinking water filter and gas for cooking both ran out in the first two days, which was very inconvenient. We had 2 power cuts during our stay which lasted from 8pm until early morning, these were particular to our villa only- not regional. This was extremely disappointing as we had 2 nights with no power and therefore no air con which was VERY uncomfortable. The kitchen was also very poorly equipped and no cleaning materials were provided so we had to go out to buy cloths, washing up liquid and anti bacterial spray and were unable to hygienically clean kitchen or bathrooms. There was also no visitors information at all- how to work appliances/ local amenities/ recommendations.

: Beautiful Villa with pool and amazing views over Kalkan. The villa was very clean and the owner was helpful when needed.
: Some members of our group found it difficult to sleep on the firm pillows and we would have found the beds more comfortable to sleep in if there was a top sheet underneath the the bed throw.
