  : The location of this hotel is great. It is a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants of this charming town, but it is far enough away to be quiet and relaxed. The room is simple but clean and spacious, and the staff person was very friendly and helpful.
  : On this website, it suggests there is parking available. This is misleading and it may be the fault of booking.com rather than the hotel. In any event, the hotel has no parking. You need to find parking on the street, and that is a challenge. There is not a clear view from the window due to trees in the way. For the cost, it would be nice to have some amenities such as room slippers. Also, I requested an iron to iron some clothes, but apparently they do not have one on the premises. There is no tv, which is odd for a place with this price. The breakfast begins a bit late (9 am ) and was a bit unprepared -- the guy went to buy ingredients after I sat down to eat, and the options were a little limited.

  : noise fro the bar across the road, not being informed that the water was cut off and being left with no running water for two days, owner was not dis-interested when called.being sent to another hotel to shower, only to find that no arrangements had been made.

  : Front of house (Page) was very nice and welcoming, but was limited to what she could do.
  : no water for two daysno notification, no back up planowner was dis interested when called.felt like she is treating it as a hobby not a business, with no hospitality skills what so ever. breakfast was disappointing, and limited options.having to pay for coffee as this was not included in the breakfastcontinues loud music playing throughout the day and till around 01:00 every day from the bar facing.

  : The hotel is very central in Kalkan. You can walk everywhere. The rooms were very clean. A lovely guy made us the BEST Turkish breakfast served in a beautiful courtyard.
  : There was a brief power cut that was soon sorted.,

  : The location was good apart from the sea view was hardly there for the extra money and it is opposite a bar that doesnt stop blasting music until 3am.
  : The main contact was awful unfortunately, unhelpful and slightly lazy. The term hotel is a stretch- they hid the key somewhere so they didnt have to check us in personally, the room was only cleaned once over 4 days (after we enquired), the breakfast was woeful and they constantly tried to get cash off you for discounts.
