  : Great location , amenities quality of room and materials.Great setup for cooking and warming meals, and I loved the vast patio and living rooms.The checkin process was easy and convenient.My only issue was there were many cobwebs in the bedroom and the bathroom floor was not very clean. Same with parts of the room. The fridge top has a dust layer as other areas.Overall a good stay, but the cleanliness stopped me from giving a score of 10/10.

  : When we arrived the room had not been serviced, had to call owner several times finally sent somebody to change sheets and towels, gave us two bath towels for our 6 days stay, no vacuuming or cleaning around, we had to clean the room and bathroom ourselves. The property is filthy and run down! Our room and bathroom haven't been cleaned in months, the shower tub drain was clogged, the shower curtain filthy, disgusting!!!

  : The location is lovely and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped. My room was very comfortable.

  : The location was close to grocery stores and kona. The garden surrounding the apartment was very nice. It was nice having our privacy.
  : The room in the shared upper portion of the house we reserved was given to the prior occupants that extended their stay for 2 extra days, so we were given an apartment on an adjacent property. Bathroom was dirty. Hair from prior occupants on floor and in shower. Used soap bars in shower. Walls needed washed. Top of fridge had dust a quarter inch thick. Pot for coffee maker was missing. This is an apartment that I would have rented when I was in my 20's. Some small attention to details and going the extra mile with some amenities eg; beach toys, BBQ, would definitely bring our experience up to a better level.

  : The communal area and the bedroom were beautiful and comfortable. My bedroom was not cleaned. The kitchen sink had no dishsoaop.
  : My room not being clean. It was very apparent- empty water bottle on the floor, pair of someone else's socks by the TV stand, hair and dirt in the bathtub, toothpaste spray on bathroom mirror.And you pay $140 CLEANING FEE.I want that $140 back.
