  : Nice location with good bay view from the patio. Very clean. Good a/c. Solar hot water. Full kitchen.
  : Hard to find if you dont have a good internet plan. Ours kept dropping out and telling us to turn when there was nowhere to turn. Be aware that Verga Apartments and Suites is not the same as Verga Apartments. They are over a mile apart!

  : I booked this apartment last minute for my parents. It was the last available in the area (that should have rang a bell) but I trusted, mistakenly, the good reviews. >This apartment was hugely overpriced for what it offered, to the point that we mistakenly thought that the price paid was for two days instead of one. (more on this later) >Host did not communicate clearly the check-in details although she had hints that the guests were misinformed. My estimation is that she did this on purpose and exploited the miscommunication because she knew that my parents would have never stayed in this apartment should they knew that the price was for one day. >Very noisy fridge that does not let you sleep because it starts at irregular times. >No air condition in main bedroom >The air condition in the other room does not cool sufficiently in the bedroom. >Old Furniture >Neglected garden, most plants were dead or miserable >Cat hair all over the garden furniture, be careful if you have allergies >Dark Kitchen Regarding the host miscommunication: The host during the check-in did not confirm with my parents that the booking was for one day, although my parents mentioned (clearly but mistakenly) that the booking was for two days. The host noticed the miscommunication (she confirmed it in private messages to me afterwards) but did not explain to my parents that the booking was for one day during the check in. The result was that they had to return back from a road-trip to check out unexpectedly and return disappointed back home one day earlier. My parents told me that they would never have stayed in this apartment if they knew that the price was for one day. The amount they paid was hugely overpriced for two days, let alone one.

  : the location was convenient for Kalamata and the coast.the property was simple , clean and had everything needed and a friendly flexible host.
  : Some more sockets and bedside lamps would be good .

  : Super clean, very nice sunset view. The apartment is huge, perfect also for 4 adults.
  : It is not easy to get there, the roads are not the best. No walking distance to the beach.

  : From the outset Maria was friendly and welcoming. Over the course of our stay she was helpful with local knowldege.The apartment is spacious and clean and has magnificent views over the ocean. Glorious sunsets! A short walk has you on the pebble beach with crystal clear water.Overall a wonderful experience. I would come back in a heartbeat!

  : The location was lovely with a nice area outside where we could eat breakfast. The apartment was comfortable and the WiFi was excellent. If we needed anything more in the apartment we were encouraged to let her know. Maria was super helpful in recommending places to eat and things to do.

  : The hosts were awesome. The apartment was great. One improvement would be a micro-wave. I would stay there again. Highly recommended
