  : The room was pristine clean and the location right at the city centre. The receptionist was very particular with regards to covid safety and procedures.
  : The mattress was hard, worn off really old and lopsided at spaces which caused a lot of discomfort and back pain. I called to book a room and they said it was fully booked but they didnt mention availability on Booking-which I found and booked from there. I booked it with breakfast but was asked to check out at 10 am. I arrived at 19:06 (6 minutes past my check in preferred time, due to my flight delay) and they tried to make me feel stressed that I was going to miss the room and that they were calling me (I never received a call from them). They said I didnt give a deposit to reserve the room and that they had the right to give it to someone else but I told them there was no such option on Booking(re:deposit) and it was also mentioned that they should be paid by cash. I went to bed at midnight and it was really noisy both from outside and from the reception and couldnt sleep until early in the morning. I paid 85 for literally 14 hours and not the best experience.
