: We were very disappointed that there was no breakfast available. The great breakfast had been advertised and was a major part of us selecting the booking. We had specifically asked for breakfasts for our group in the booking - but we were not notified that there was no breakfast. NOT GOOD

  : Decoration is lovely
: The shower is very small and the hot water lasts less than 15mins. The toilet water pump is very loud

: We liked our stay here. Room was big enough. Our windows was with a cliffs view. Zozas rooms reminded some mountain hut (if you like mountaineering).
: There is no breakfast option in off-season available, but owner was so kind and told where we can get some pies for breakfast (coffee, tee and water kettle is in the room).

Pleasant

: Nice view from the balcony, convenient parking, easy to vind
: Old huis with old smoky smells, old blankets, not very clean, bad isolation- you hear your neighbors, not all staffs are friendly

: The location is great to start your hike to some of the monasteries and view from the room was amazing.
: The toilet pump very loud, after the shower the bathroom was full of water but the worst thing was the horrible smell (not sure but it smelt like cat pee to me) in the reception, corridor and common areas. I don't know how they don't realise it.

: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms had great views of the rock formation. It was quiet and near to the city centres of Kastraki and Kalabaka.
: We had issues with the shower - its quite small, and the shower head kept slipping down out of its holder. The shower curtain was also too short so water got everywhere. The whole facility, including our room, had a bit of a musky odor, especially of cigarette smoke.

: I liked the owner and the hotel have some charm. The parking too.
: No Wi-Fi at all. They have 6-7 routers and not one of them have signal in the room. I didnt like the cats everywhere too.

: Upon arriving we received a very warm welcome from Dimos where he gave us useful tips for visiting Meteora. The room was great, clean and very spacious with an impressive view of the rocks. Next to that, it had every little detail to provide full comfort and give a luxurious touch to our stay; closet space, nice lights, comfortable beds, and daily towel and trash bag change! The hotel is very cosily decorated, and its location is really good, walking distance from the centre of Kastraki where all the restaurants are, as well as Kalabaka. Our stay at Zozas definitely exceeded our expectations!
