  : Secluded. A/C worked fine; ceiling fan was soothing. Location to pier.
  : NO seaside view. NO elevator. NO breakfast. NO Internet. The hallways were dimly lighted. The shower/tub hot water knob got extremely HOT. Shocked with the extremely few amenities associated with the exorbitant rate.

  : Great location not too far from the waterfront. The room was spacious and had a good space for working while I was in Kona. I did not get a chance to enjoy the balcony, but it had a nice little macrame hammock chair. Not sure what the weight limit was but I did not test it out. The room also had a mini fridge, huge tv, and the beds were SO soft. I slept so well. Bathroom was standard. Not huge, but had a tub. The provided toiletries were very luxe in my opinion. I also liked that the hotel was behind a locked gate that you could only access by keycard. I would stay here again!
  : There was very little to dislike. The parking lot is a bit small, both with spaces available and also when you are backing out. I recommend backing in to your parking spots if you are going to have a car here. Parking is $20 a night.

  : I definitely think it is a motel rather than a real hotel, but you must pay $20 for a day if you park your car.

  : ALOHA Friendly staffs. :) Answer the gate very quickly when we rang the door bell. The common area of the hotel is lovely design and has this special atmosphere/good vibes. There's a laundry room equipped with washing machine/dryer, refillable water station, microwave. The room is huge, bed is comfortable and the shower is equipped with nice shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap and body lotion. there's a mini fridge and a super large size TV and working desk. Coffee maker and extra towel.. etc. The best part of the room is design, you will fell happy when you open the door, nice art pieces and furniture, ceiling fan, lights with remote control, throw customise Hawaii map pillow. Security patrol after dark, checking car park area. Walking distance to lots of restaurant, shops, historical building, and beach.
  : Nothing to dislike.
