  : Location in center of Kaarina, with free parking - not bad at all! The room was nice, beds comfortable, and air conditioning a wonderful bonus upgrade during the hot summer. Breakfast was excellent, too. Personnel was also friendly and helpful.
  : Basically, not much to complain at all! One has be aware thou, that the reception hasn't a person in place all the time. However, when I arrived, they mitigated that pretty well by being available by a phone, and a person was arriving very fast.

  : The staff was very helpful and polite - we arrived later (after 18:00) so the reception was not working anymore, so they explained by phone everything, how to find the room, etc.
  : The room photos provided by booking.com do not even compare to the room that we received. The furniture in the room was very old, outdated, with a lot of signs of wear, not cozy at all. I assume they also have renovated rooms, we just received this older one, but you usually choose a place to stay according to photos, and this was a bit disappointing. Also reception works unusual hours (for a hotel), it would be better to provide more specific information to the guests about getting in - we were lucky some other guest came in and let us in to the reception desk through locked doors.

  : The front desk staff were really good about returning my emails and getting me a room with double bed rather than two singles
  : It was really very expensive, especially considering the lack of of reception staff in afternoons

  : Keys were huge not passed to the pocket. And all time we were afraid to forget them in the room, since in the evenings nobody would assist in such a case.

  : It was very clean. I liked the wood floors (rather than carpet) and the room size was good.
  : The breakfast was poor. All the warm food was old and dried out.
