  : Great location on main floor with a patio on grassy area.
  : this is a privately owned unit which means none of the on-site staff can help you. this unit isn’t part of the beach towel program which means you must wash and dry your own towels. unfortunately the dryer only worked for 5 mins of drying time. I reached out to the owner but no reply was ever received. furthermore, the water tank only allows for hot water for one short shower. after about 2-3 mins, the water is cooled to Luke warm temperature and then become cold quickly after that. Only 1 can take a shower and if you do a washing then showering needs to wait. Finally, the pull out bed was so uncomfortable, I could see what others did to overcome this was to place old cardboard cereal boxes under the mattress to give it some firmness- but as you might imagine, this didn’t help.
