Adults stay for € 9 per person per night when using an available extra bed.

Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that bed linen and towels are available for a one-time fee of EUR 9 per guest. If you require bed linen and towels, please request these in your booking confirmation.

A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. Please contact the accommodation in advance to find out the account details for making the 10% prepayment. The accommodation reserves the right to cancel your booking if they do not receive prepayment on time.
