  : it was very easy to get the keys from the key box outside the office. the view from the room was beautiful and location was great. parking was very simple and the maps provided were very clear to be able to find the building. the tennis courts on the property were very handy and a nice break. the unit was clean, older furniture and feel, but clean for the most part.
  : i was greeted by a not so friendly lady when i mistakenly entered the office, and told the keys were outside. the fridge did not work for the duration of our 3 day stay and no one from the property responded to me until we were leaving. we had to buy extra ice for our coolers to ensure our meat would go bad. we did sacrifice some food that didn't make it. i tried calling the "emergency" line and no one picked up or called back. then got a message in the Booking.com app, the last day of our stay. Due to COVID-19, the office was closed also so we couldnt' get assistance. the key/lock was very difficult to unlock when we first arrived and the maintenance person attempted to "explain" to me how to unlock/lock a door, when in actuality he had just as much trouble and ended up giving me a new key.

  : The sofa bed and the twin pull out beds were very uncomfortable to sleep on. But after we pulled the mattresses off the frames and lay them on the floor, they were much better and comfortable to sleep on! Other than that, the location is perfect and will return!

  : Great views over Gull lake. The place is fully stocked with dishes, Silverware, dishwasher detergent. Very clean!
  : Beds are a little too soft for me. Lots of mosquitoes bring off and some candles.

  : Interlaken is a very well equipped, homy place to rent in a nice location. The key handover via Rainbow Ridge was well communicated and reliable. The area feels safe and well maintained. For us it was just a stopover on our way from SF to Vegas, but we think it's a nice place to go for hikes in the nature, around the picturesque lake and onto the hills. It's also a beginner friendly skiing area. I forgot my cowboy hat in one of the town's restaurants and, to my delight, Rainbow Ridge went out of their way to go pick it up the next day and mail it to our home address in Switzerland - thanks so much to the kind Rainbow Ridge team! :-))))
  : Interlaken was very well heated, almost a tad too hot for us. We didn't know how to down-regulate the heat.

  : Nice little flat with beautiful view, great decor, sparkling clean. Washing machine, dryer and kitchen were well appreciated.
  : The check-in process, where you have to drop by a shop in the center before a certain hour, is not very convenient. When the door didn't open with the key we had, the lady told us indeed one key was not working well and we had to go back to the shop to to get the other key. I would have thought that knowing this problem, they would apologize and bring it to us instead, but no, we had to go back there and nobody apologized. Also, the beds weren't made, and are not "real" beds but 2 sofa-beds that are atrociously not comfortable at all. My husband is 6ft tall and couldn't lie down completely in the bed.
