  : It does not have a live person on site. Dealings are done through kiosk and our room keys only worked once and we had to get new ones. It was very annoying!

  : The room was clean
  : No staff on hand. I had to talk to a kiosk. The tv in the room did not work and after 5 attempts of being told someone would be there in 5 minutes I gave up. Then another guest began screaming and crying so loudly that I became frightened. I tried to call the desk but never got through. I was told by the kiosk that the phones didnt work. I decided to check out a day early due to my safety concerns. I wanted to explain my decision to an actual person however since the phones didnt work I couldnt. The man at the kiosk wanted me to explain, out loud, my concerns. That made me uncomfortable since the other guests who were causing my safety concerns could have been anywhere and heard me complain. So I left without any type of compensation for the day that I paid for but would not be using.

  : There was no one there to check us in or take care of any issues we might have. No ice machine. The bed was supposed to be a queen but it was hardly big enough for both of us. I was just disappointed in all of it.

  : The price seemed good at the start. It was close to the major highways/off ramps. Easy to get to.
  : The "kiosk" with the zoom employee was unusual. I never did ever see a motel employee onsite. He told us rooms were available but he couldn't book one because the "system was down" but I could book thru a 3rd party and he could check me in. (which i did thru booking.com) Upon arriving at the room, the door was open. The carpets and floors were dirty. You could also tell they were in the process of painting (and with bad color choices but that's not applicable). The beds seemed clean and we were only staying the night and leaving early the next morning. During the night there was some sort of very loud bbq party happening outside our window. I called the "front desk" several times with no answer. Well, much to our surprise we woke up to an ant infestation. They were in the beds and all over the nightstand. We again tried to call the "front desk" several times with no luck. We went downstairs with all our things and found a new person on the front desk zoom kiosk machine who we explained the issue to. He proceeded to blame us for not telling them it was a problem when we checked in. He just said we would have to call Motel 6 and talk to them. Which I did. I spoke with someone from customer care and they are "reviewing the complaint" which will take 5 days. I will be very, very unhappy if nothing comes of it.

  : Price was right, location was close to the highway and easy to get to.
  : Check in was virtual and hard to understand. We waited a long time to check in. 3 people in line left to find other accommodations while we waited. Common facilities were dirty, elevator was filthy and obviously hadn't been cleaning in a long time. The room had some dirty linens, trash and dirt on floors. It was suppose to be an ADA room and didn't appear to be, could not take a shower because it wasn't accessible.
