  : The staff was great. The outside area was phenomenal and beautiful. The indoor and outdoor pools were nice. The breakfast was amazing, great selection and taste. The room and entire hotel were clean.
  : We were in the "basement" and I'm not sure if all rooms are this way or just the actual ground level rooms. The floor had peel and stick hardwood that wasn't stuck down all the way so everytime you walked it was very loud popping noise. The beds have metal frames that aren't attached to the floor so when you move slightly in bed it makes a loud clanking noise. The AC sounds like a jet engine. The doors to the hall aren't normal hotel doors. They are very light weight and thin. Every time someone opened their door it sounded like they were unlocking and opening our door so the dogs freaked out all night long. Every exit door has water dripping from the ac above so you're wet when going in or out of the building. The rooms are incredibly small.
