  : The location to the beach was awesome. WALKING DISTANCE
  : Swimming pool not on site. There were 3 spaces but only 2 TVs. on the surface it was clean. however we found soap boxes behind dressers, a man’s belt in the sofa, the lost xfinity remote in the sofa bed made up in it, someone’s contact case under the chair in the living room and tags and Walmart bags in the bedroom dresser drawers. all this lets me know this unit is not being clean completely by Jenny. finally the furniture is dated and there are spots on the chair pads, pillows and chairs. With the extra sheets I brought I just covered them up. I used the previous ratings to book this place for my family but was a little disappointed and embarrassed. They were like what happened, this is not what we’re used too. we were in unit 7, maybe the ratings were from the others. I don’t know, never the less the grandkids enjoyed their room so it is what it is. oh chain on the door broken. I didn’t feel save not being able to lock it from the inside. water pressure in the shower very weak.

  : We loved the location and the apartment. Jekyll Island is a wonderful place to visit with kids. Jekyll Realty provided a great service.
  : Noisy neighbors/disrupted night sleep. Realty agency should probably mention a fee in the contract for disrupting other people’s vacation.

  : The location was nice. The property was quiet. We did not hear any neighbors during our stay.
  : The pool that they have a contract with is essentially on the other side of the island. It would be nice if they could strike a deal with the Holiday Inn since you have to almost pass the pool to get to the beach.

  : The location of this condo is perfect. It's close to everything but still feels very private.
  : The condo is in desperate need of repairs and updates. The bathroom is a mess and needs attention to the shower (metal flaking off the shower head and handles) and floor (dirty - there were toenail clippings stuck in the floor mat). We found old blood stains on the bed skirts in the 2nd bedroom. The floors were filthy - the carpets need, at a minimum, cleaned - probably replaced. The kitchen has most likely never been updated at all, but it works for what we needed. The furnishings are nothing special and look like an estate sale special. If you want to live like you are in a college apartment, then this is the place for you.

  : Property uses keypads for entry vs keys which was nice not having to keep with keys or carzs. It was close to the beach as well, just a short walk on trail by some large gorgeous trees to access. Parking was decent, just a few steps to the room. Apartment as a whole was decent in size and it was nice to hpa washer and dryer.
  : Cleanliness was VERY poor, several stains on outdated furniture, mattress pads for beds still had long black hairs on them from previous stays, carpet was black in spots. Pot holders (which we don't use) caked in food and in the silverware drawers. Spattered food on kitchen blinds. Lots of cords just out in the open at TVs, and laying across floors for lamps (the only way of lighting in rooms). We tripped over several and ended up unplugging and putting cords under couch and tables to keep from killing ourselves. Live and dead bugs throughout. In the cleaning closet was an old dingy sponge mop. We actually went and bought a cheap broom to sweep ourselves. Being that so many bugs were already dead the owners obviously were trying to address the problem but it was still bad. Chain lock for inside was broken, so no other way of locking door from the inside for 2nd security. We reported once we got there and was told: "maintenance will fix when they can". It wasn't fixed before we checked out.
