  : The breakfast options were spectacular ! The area looked awesome!The clerk at the counter was outstanding! Her hospitality and eagerness to fix our initial problem of wrong room size was great!
  : I booked a double bed suite, and was given a single. So we had to wait for accommodations, that ended up splitting our family in 2 buildings! The closet door was broke off but just left folded and standing there!The bathroom had no soap! Not sure if this hotel didnt offer shampoo or conditioner, but there was none. (Normally I brought my own but didnt this time assuming it would be there!)Assuming it's because there was only one bed, there was one single wash cloth and towel on the shelf! Wasnt ready if there happen to be 2 guests that checked in! (If traveling alone,it's nice sometimes to have an extra wash cloth or towel without having to run to the desk)We had a mouse scurrying along the bathroom and kitchen! Linens for the couch were available at the counter but wouldve been easier on the clerk and ourselves if they had been in the closet with the pillows!

  : the location was excellent. we were able to walk to restaurants and bars. we were close to exhibits, etc.
  : The room was not as clean as I would have liked. There was residue in the bathroom. There was a kleenex holder with no kleenex in the bathroom. The toilet was loose. there were only two bathtowels for two people and no bath mat. The extra pillows didn't have pillow cases.

  : room was decent, clean, comfortable. Staff was friendly.
  : breakfast was ONLY cold "pancake & sausage on a stick" and granola bars - no hot food, no beverages except coffee. It was a waste of time. Hallways were dirty and smelly. I felt like I was back in college (1972)!

  : The hotel was run down and felt dirty. The tv didn’t work, the blanket in one of the rooms was old and dirty, the linen/towels were dingy, the bathroom was moldy, brown and had hard-water stains, there was no toilet paper holder and a used toilet paper roll for us to use, there was no paper towel in the kitchen. Overall, it felt dirty and the only reason we stayed was because there was no other hotel available and we couldn’t get a refund. I’ll never stay there again.
