  : We were greeted with the words.Have you been walking? Take your shoes off. We were then ordered to remove our shoes and put them in a foul smelling mens toilet. We did show the gentlemen our shoes were clean but he was having none of it and the shoes were held hostage in the toilet until we wanted to leave again The rooms were clean but very dated. Showers were either freezing or scalding. Breakfast was an experience in itself. The same gentleman holding our shoes to ransom served us an inedible breakfast. Tasteless overcooked bargain bucket ingredients. The chickens that laid the eggs hadnt seen a days sunlight and it was dubious whether they had actually seen a real chicken. Overall an amusing stay but overpriced for what it was and if you are going to insist that no one can wear any shoes in your hotel at least have the decency to have a shoe room that doesnt have urinals and smell like a septic tank

  : Good location for where we were visiting Good hot shower & reasonably comfy bed
  : It was advertised as having a bar & food, neither is available Had to pre order breakfast, which would have been Ok. But very limited choice, I asked for a fried egg & was told they only do scrambled eggs! When they served us breakfast there were 2 rashers of very poor quality tasteless bacon, a tiny Cumberland sausage, half a tomato and 3 mushrooms!! The tiniest of glasses of orange juice, no yogurt on offer, no pastries only one slice of toastWhen I said about the no bar or food. Was met with where does it say that? , well its right there in the advert & also on the signage on the side of the building For the money charged, it was not worth it Also the room was large, but had the tiniest TV which was ridiculous
