  : There were several things which made our stay at the property disappointing. Firstly, the pictures of the outside are inaccurate and belong to a different property. This establishment consisted of 8 semi-detached houses ,very close to each other and with a very little privacy. A day before we arrived, the host called me several times and insisted that I had to pay the balance the day before the arrival and by 6pm (I wanted to pay by card and not in cash). Previous email from the host stated that I could pay by card or in cash on arrival. The host also mentioned that if I didn't pay then, my booking will be invalid. This caused me a massive inconvenience, as during that time, I was kayaking in a area with a very limited internet. On the day of our arrival, the keys to the property were left on the garden sofa, however, the main gate code given by the host to was incorrect. This meant that we were unable to enter the property. After 20 mins of waiting ( trying to get hold of the host and the same invalid code) our son jumped over the fence and found the keys. Finally, the house itself was very clean and modern but at the same time very noisy - neighbors snoring, children crying etc. Also the beds were too small for two people. I left the Appartamenty in Jastrzebia Gora more tired than when I arrived.
