: The area was beautiful
: We specifically booked a location with parking. When we got there, we were told the parking was full and we needed to use the ski parking, for which we had to pay. We had dinner included, but it was just one option, when we inquired that maybe we can pay for something that the kids would eat, all we got was a rude NO. While I can understand limitation of the "we do not have a kitchen on site", i cannot understand the way to deliver this info. We went to a restaurant which we were told it was 2-300 m away, turns out it was 1 km The way the host treated us was altogether rude and very different from what we have seen them treat german people (of course, we are not german). I have never seen a host to not bid farewell to guests. It was like we were bothering them. The room smelled damp and the bathroom smelled worst. The bathroom faucet was placed so high that the kids could not reach it and even us, the adults did not manage to wash our hands without splashing water all over.
