  : I arrived at noon, I ask for a early check in. The Desk clerk said he could not guarantee any till 300pm. I sat there 3 HOURS WHILE HE PLAYED VIEDO GAMES ON HIS COMPUTER. Not one person can in that entire 3 hour period. I walked around and they Had clean rooms available. I was very pleasant to the desk clerk, but he thought he was something special. I will never stay at the super 8 Janesville again. In the past I have stayed at many Super 8s well traveling being before I retired and always was able to get by noon. This super 8 was very outdated, and was certainly not worth $224.00 for two nights. You a booking.com I would like to a refund on my credit card that you have on file for $125.00 its at best a $50.00 a night motel.Sincerely, Michael Hein

  : Not the cleanest, the bed wasn't the most comfortable, loud cars running up and down the road near the hotel all night.

  : It's an extended stay. Had car fresher hanging down the hallway.What happened to the breakfast they used to have.Smoke alarm covered by tape in a room.

  : The hallways and room smelled strongly of smoke. I mentioned it to the front desk who said, we're all booked, the entire hotel is non-smoking, and I can't do anything about it.
