These cottages less than 15 minutes’ drive from Korkeakoski town centre all feature their own sauna terrace and cooking facilities. A private beach area of Lake Mäkelä is a few minutes’ walk away. The cottages have wired internet. Basic wooden furnishings decorate all Mäkelän Lomatuvat Cottages.
Each has a private bathroom as well as a seating area with a TV and fireplace. The kitchens include an electric cooker microwave and tea/coffee facilities. Guests have access to a BBQ hut. Mäkelän Lomatuvat is a working farm with animals on the property.
Staff can assist with bicycle snow scooter and ski rentals along with guided hiking tours in the surrounding forest. Helvetinjärvi National Park is 42 km away while the towns of Ruovesi and Orivesi are both about 25 minutes’ drive from the cottages.
