  : No onsite check in. Booked on booking.com late afternoon. Arrived at the property about an hour later to discover there is no one available. Called the numbers no answer. Finally got a return call after we had left the property and was looking for another room. Got into the room but this is not the way to run a business!

  : I had called ahead to verify the reservation and late check-in but was not able to check in upon arrival. No one was there or answering the phone, nor were any instructions posted. My call wasn't returned until the next afternoon and they said instructions had been sent to my email. I never received anything except confirmation and receipt. Basically, blaming me but they were unable to forward any proof they had sent it to my email. I was told no refund and to talk to booking.com because it wasn't the hotel's fault I didn't get the email.But it was the fault of the employee I spoke to that did not give any instructions for late check in when I called and asked if it made any difference what time we checked in.

  : Nice quiet location friendly people. The cafe across the road was pretty good. Bed linens and room were clean. Staff was friendly.
  : Upon entering the room we immediately noticed a dank musty odor, that really didn't go away, even with the windows open. Probably due to all the water leaking out of the pool/planter in front of the room leaving standing water. Weirdly enough the bathroom lock was on the outside of the bathroom instead of the inside and the blind in the back of the room was installed 90 out of position. The rollers should be pointed up not out. Blind also had missing slats. I thought it was weird that the bathroom sink was located outside the bathroom in the room.. The provided "Wi-Fi" consisted of a meager 1.5 megabytes of data which could barely run a Roku streaming stick.We ended up using the Wi-Fi at the cafe.(5 megs.. better but not really sufficient) Our room was to include a pool view and all we could see from the window is the stairwell leading upstairs and the planter box out in front of the pool. So that was disappointing. The bed closest to the rear had a metal coil thing poking out at the corner of the bed that my girlfriend ran her knee into. The room would be greatly improved if they removed the dome light and replaced it with a ceiling fan with lights. If whatever that water leak was can be resolved and maybe have a little maintenance done to the room I could have rated the place a little better. We still thought the staff was great very friendly and nice. people.
