  : The staff was friendly and welcoming. ljust not very efficient.
  : Had to wait for over 20 minutes to get checked into my room. Only one person working the desk. Two employees were there but one was feeding cats. Only 2 people in front of me. Don't know why it took so long. They are laying new floor so had to wait in a hall way.

  : Nice and Clean rooms, close to hwy. Good location. AC worked great.
  : I checked in and when handed my check in paperwork I noticed it which was already signed by a gentlemen when I told them they said it was fine and to sign above it. I Thought it was odd that someone had signed for my room., but they brushed it off. I Was then given a room key and went on my way ,when i went to enter the room there was a couple on the bed. They were beyond upset as to why I had just walked into the room and became hostlile. I explained and apologized , while talking outside trying to resolve the matter another guest next door came out and stated the same thing had happened to her. I then went back to the office . The staff was very non chalant about the situation and it felt like they down played the matter... They gave me another room. Which I was thankful for, yet, I feel like the whole situation could have been avoided had they done the check in paperwork properly. Especially because I had brought it up to their attention priorly.... i have no complaints of the room i received just that the lotion was out. A side from that and the horrible check in. The stay itself was good.
